Privacy notice

Who we are

AlTayeb Al-Khalifa Hassan Group, Industrial Area, Sennar City, Republic of Sudan, is responsible for the information described on this page. You can reach us at info@altayebalkhalifa.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your organization, phone number and the topic of your enquiry. We also note which language version of the page you used.

To stop spam, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address with the time you sent the form. It is used only to limit each sender to five messages an hour.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Why we use it

To read and answer your enquiry and to follow up on what you asked about, such as investment, our products or supplying oilseeds. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your information.

Where it is kept and who sees it

The form sends your message by email to our company mailbox, which is hosted by our web host, Hostinger. A short technical log on our server records only whether a message was delivered, not what it said.

Your enquiry is read by our team. We may share it within the Group, or with professional advisers who help us answer it, only as far as needed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. If your enquiry becomes an ongoing business relationship, we keep the related correspondence for as long as that relationship and our record-keeping duties require.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Its pages, images and fonts are all served from our own server.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to info@altayebalkhalifa.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
